School-Based Paraprofessional

Do you have a genuine passion for helping students with disabilities succeed? ProCare Therapy is currently searching for a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join one of our forward-thinking school districts in the beautiful community of Corona, California. The ideal candidate will be patient, have interpersonal skills, and assist teachers and students in various educational settings, providing support to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

Job Description

  • Full time 
  • M-F
  • K-12th
  • In-person only
  • 1:1 or group work
  • Help students stick to IEP goals
  • Full 24/25 school year

Job Requirements

  • Associated level degree or Passed Para Assessment
  • CPR and First Aid Certified
  • CPI Trained
  • School experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Pass a drug test and a background check

Interview Process

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
  • 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with district
  • Offer is typically within 24 hours of interview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
